Caitlin is 5 Years Old Today!!!

Nope. Can't believe it. Our baby is turning 5 today at 11:17 am. Caitlin Love Hoyt will officially be a "big girl" and I don't know where the time went. It seems like only yesterday that she was born!

She's having a big day at school today - we brought cupcakes for everyone, donated a book to the school in her name and her teacher will present "Caitlin's life story" by presenting her "biography poster board" that I made. I'll show pics later, but it's Caitlin's life story in pictures with little blurbs about what she was doing during that month or year. Apparently the way to celebrate a child's birthday at Montessori is with this "biography poster board." She's wearing a new outfit (Tinkerbell) and is very excited about turning 5.

Tonight we'll have her favorite meal (McDonald's) and will pickup her custom made ice-cream cake on the way home (from Marble Slab). She's going to get to open 5 gifts tonight and the rest come with us to her party on Saturday.
