Honest Scrap Award

Hi Ya'll.

Sorry I have not updated lately...Although I have been keeping up with reading everyone else's blogs; I have been lazy about updating mine.

Wanna know the reason? :) After we got my camera and some other things for Christmas we finally got a safe to keep everything in...I cannot figure out for the life of me how to open the thing. Chris is the only one who is able to and I have to wait for him to unlock it and get my camera and so I've not been taking as many pics as I'd like to.

I'm going to have to spend a day learning that combination so that I can do what I want when I want to!

So, without further adieu, I have gotten several awards over the past month or so and I need to start posting those...

In no particular order, I'm starting with the Honest Scrap Award I got from Andrea. Thank you! You are too sweet :)















The rules of the award are:

1) Choose a minimum of 7 blogs that you find brilliant in content or design.

3) List at least 10 honest things about yourself.

So, here are 10 honest things about myself:

1) I wear business dress and high heels everyday of the work week and love to come home each night and put on my raggedy pajamas and slippers. If I could dress like this everywhere, I would.

2) I have never done anything to my hair except cut it. No perms, no coloring, no highlighting. Just plain old Amanda hair for almost 30 years!

3) I love the color green.

4) I love to watch reality TV.

5) My husband is 13 years older than me.

6) My husband and I met when I was 18 and he was 30. I was sitting at the bar of The Black Eyed Pea and he served me a chocolate milk shake.

7) When Chris and I first started talking about a future (around 3 months after meeting), we discussed having 3 kids.

8) I love riding on the back of Chris's Harley Davidson. It's freeing and fun!

9) I accepted Christ as my personal savior when I was 5 years old.

10) I cannot believe that my baby, Caitlin, starts kindergarten on August 24, 2009!
