Hi Everyone,
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back on here...for a while it wouldn't let me post anymore pics and I was keeping busy at night instead of blogging...
I've got so much to update you on since October 7th!
I did not get a chance to post anything for Chris's birthday (October 8th), so I've put a picture below that I hope will bring a smile to his face (even if it's a little late).
Also, since I've last blogged, our ASTROS have made it to the World Series and are winning Game 2 right now...YEAH ASTROS!!
Now, onto what you really care about!! :) Just kidding!...
Caitlin's new words, etc.:1) Said "knee" after hurting her knee and coming to her Daddy to put a band aid on it
2) Said "thank you" at Big Mamma's
3) Can catch a football when her Daddy throws it to her
4) Turns circles until she's dizzy
5) Said "nada" to Big Mamma (means "nothing" in Spanish) when Martha asked Caitlin what she wanted (in Spanish)
6) Can point and click the mouse on my computer to look pictures/movies of herself. Now she's obsessed...she has to watch "babies" on the computer at least once a day!
7) Said "big" to Big Mamma
8) Said "mine" to Mommy
9) Said "eye" to Mommy and Daddy
10) Said "come over here" to Missy
11) If we say "dare devil" to her at home, she gets on her tricycle and does "stunts" on it! She stands on the seat with one leg up in the air behind her and with one hand or no hands on the handle bars!! Like a baby Evil Knievel!! Eeeek!
12) Said "all done" to Marisa when she was done coloring at Taylor's house
13) Can finally do "fish lips" with Mommy!
14) I think she recognized that Caitlin = Baby in the mirror
15) Made Kool-Aid with Daddy and learned how to lick finger and dip into the sugar to taste it
16) If you tell Caitlin to smile, she'll smile the fakest smile (with all her teeth showing), but it is the cutest thing you've ever seen!
17) After Martha asked her "Caitlin, how are you?" She replied "How are you?"
18) Said "Hi There" to Missy
19) After Manuel was reading a book to Caitlin and pointed to and said "That's a cat" Caitlin replied very matter-of-factly "Oh Yeah!"
20) Caitlin can point to any animal in books if asked
21) Said "please" to Grandpa when she wanted more yogurt
22) Says "BB" for band aid and she pretty much wants a BB every single day (even if she has no booboo)!
So, as you can see, we've been PRETTY busy!
Our little book worm is so grown up already and she's only almost 17 months old!!
